Shipping & Delivery
PROCESSING & DELIVERY HOURS:
We process, ship and deliver packages Monday through Friday. We do not offer delivery or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
Some items will not ship until a later date as indicated in the product description. Please make note of any products with future ship dates mentioned on the online product posting.
SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES:
Shipping and handling fees depend upon the method of delivery. All standard delivery orders include a handling fee and applicable shipping charges. When you fill out the online order form and select a method of delivery, our system automatically calculates and displays the shipping charges for your review.
LynxTeamStore.com will ship P.O. Box orders through USPS First Class. These shipments are not tracked door to door. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
PACKAGING & DELIVERY:
Orders are shipped in corrugated boxes or poly-mailers with a UPS Shipping label on them. There will be a copy of the receipt inside the package with your order. If customers are buying items as gifts, they can request that the receipt not be included in the package.
Any and all packages that are shipped Standard UPS Ground are typically left at the door, porch, or gate at the UPS driver’s discretion. LynxTeamStore.com does not have any control in the discretion of the UPS driver. Orders placed with a rush status of 3-Day, 2nd Day, or Overnight delivery, require a customer signature in order to be received.
At this time, orders from LynxTeamStore.com can only be shipped within the United States and Canada.
CANADIAN SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All Canadian orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail. When submitting Canadian orders through LynxTeamStore.com you are responsible for all import fees, customs, duties & taxes.
Please see estimated shipping & delivery times. Note that estimated shipping & delivery times do not include the time it takes for customs clearance of the destination country (Canada).
CANADIAN ORDERS - ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
When ordering Lynx Team Store merchandise, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to Canada.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of Canada. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of a Canadian shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are charged once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; LynxTeamStore.com has no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely in Canada; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
