After you gear up by placing an order, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that LynxTeamStore.com has received the order. At the time of shipment, an additional follow up email will be sent. The confirmation will contain the order number, order detail, and shipping method.

Should the item you ordered not be available, you will be charged only for the items shipped to you by LynxTeamStore.com All unavailable items will be credited to your account when applicable. We will send the remainder of your order with appropriate adjustments for the out of stock item(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by LynxTeamStore.com. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or limit quantities of any product ordered. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of any item until you place an order.

All discounted merchandise purchases are final sale. These items may not be returned or exchanged.
Customization may add 7-10 business days to the shipping time. Please limit custom names to 12 characters and custom numbers to 2 characters.

When ordering Lynx Team Store merchandise, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to Canada.
