  1. How do I return an item I bought at LynxTeamStore.com?

*Please note all returns must be sent by mail. We will not process any returns in person.

Allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original card used to make the purchase.

 

  1. Can I change or cancel my order?
  • Once an order is entered into our system, a customer service agent may or may not be able to cancel your order. Please call 1-323-526-9838 for more information.
  • Please note that any custom gear is final sale. Once submitted, items cannot be edited or canceled.
  • Custom merchandise may not be returned unless the item is defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.
  1. Can I use my Lynx Team Store Gift Card?
  • Unfortunately, at this time Lynx Team Store  Gift Cards are not supported online. You may use your gift card in the Lynx Team Store at the arena.
  1. How do I log into my Lynx Team Store  account?
  • Due to the new and improved LynxTeamstore.com, previous registered customers will have to recreate a new Lynx Team Store  account. Any preexisting order history information will no longer exist after April 12, 2017. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us here.
  1. How long will it take for my Return to process?
  • Once we have received your package at out fulfillment center please allow us 3-5 business days to get your return processed. If you have any questions regarding your return, please contact us here
